The Contexte

Following a long term absence within a team, the consolidating director hopes to integrate a qualified person during the period of the monthly and yearly reporting.

The problematic

KENCE has taken charge of following one of the Group business units during the phase of monthly reporting and statutory consolidations. The mission also includes a phase of reporting towards the major shareholder.

The project

KENCE has answered to this requirement. The client renewed the mission in order to cover the next period of annual closure. KENCE adapted the programme in order to allow an intervention solely during the most productive term.
